| The federal government has enacted new legislation affecting Not-For-Profit Corporations including Pastel Artists.Ca. In order to remain incorporated, we are required to file Articles of Continuance and a new set of By-Laws. The following documents will be reviewed at our Annual General Meeting on November 18, 2012, before being submitted to Corporations Canada.
