Registration

 

If you are NOT a 2018 PAC member,
please see ICAN Registration Notes
section below**

 

We have two registration forms to use:

1.  If you have Excel and want to use it to sum up your owed fees, please download the excel registration file to your hard drive and then open it from Excel.  Please fill out ALL fields shaded in BLUE and make note of the total on the bottom.   Save the file.   Click here to download the Excel form version

 

2. If you don't have excel or prefer using a printed copy of the form, please open and print the PDF version.  Fill out all the blue fields on the form AND also the Fees Owed column and the totals at the bottom.  Click here to open the PDF version.

 

Options for payment and sending in your registration:

a)    Mail a printed copy of this completed form together with your cheque, made out to "Pastel Artists.Ca", to:  Philip Allanson, 794166 East Back Line, Flesherton, ON, N0C 1E0, Canada.

b)    EMAIL the excel file OR a scan of completed printed form to:  <pastelallanson@gmail.com>  for faster registration and confirmation. Email registrations will be accepted ONLY with a completed PayPal payment either as a PayPal member OR Credit Card payment via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account). 

PayPal Notes:

After clicking on the link below - click on the "Pay Now" button.  With this button, you can pay via PayPal or Credit Card (via PayPal).

First PayPal screen:   Do not use the quantity or description fields.  Enter the total amount owed in the "price per item field"

Second PayPal screen: here you can choose to log into your PayPal account OR use the credit card option.  If you don't see the credit card option, please clear the cookies from your browser and restart your browser and start again.

ICAN Registration Notes:

If any of your selections are filled, you will be notified. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis so don't delay!!

** If you are not a 2018 PAC member and would like to join (cost= $50), become a member FIRST and then do the ICAN registration as a member.  There is a $50 ICAN conference fee for non-members so it is better value to join PAC for 2018 first and then register for the conference sessions.  Click here to join PAC.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If we have to cancel an event for which you have registered, we will refund your fee for that event in full. 

If you tell us before April 27/18 that you have to cancel an event for which you are registered, we will try to resell your spot.  If we succeed, we will refund your fee less an admin charge of $10. If we are unable to resell your spot, there will be no refund.  No refunds for cancellations we receive after April 27/18.

ICAN 2018 Hotel Accommodattions

We have confirmed a block booking at the Best Western, Newmarket for May 27-31 at a preferred rate of $120 to accommodate those attending ICAN 2018. It is a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the conference venue. 

Please book your rooms before April 15th and mention "Pastel Artists Canada" to receive this rate.

2018 ICAN Banquet

Thursday, May 31, 2018

Time: Cash bar 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Dinner at 6:30 pm

Where:  Best Western Voyager Place Hotel

Cost: $45 per person

The banquet includes: a presentation of signature status certificates and a presentation by past-PAC president Ruth Rodgers on a topic of international pstels: Around the World in Eighty Pastels
